About the role

Our strategy is to build core capabilities / technologies over the next three years and aggressively expand in targeted overseas markets.

Head of Product and Operations has been created to help drive this strategy. This role will be accountable for product, operations and technical development. This is a critical leadership team role and comes with a big responsibility. You will be building the operations “engine” required to achieve our ambitious vision for the business. You will be supporting existing clients and growing business along with acquiring new customers.

What you’ll be doing

The Head of Product and Operations provides excellence, through strategic leadership and operational management that strives to improve the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead & manage (drive “culture of accountability”)
• Make decisions / remove roadblocks / fix problems
• Operations (software    development, people & performance, project management)
• Drive Strategic Accounts & Partner Plans for key partners
• Major projects / special projects / business improvement
• Planning and budgeting
• Provide guidance and strategy on customers or problems;
• Communicate regularly and effectively with leadership and team.
• Manage an offshore-based team
• Functional and technical documentation

• Have highly advanced reporting and documentation skills with an ability to communicate key messages clearly and succinctly.
• Are comfortable presenting critical information to the C-suite
• Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders across the business in a matrix organization structure.
• Demonstrate achievement in implementation and operationalization of new efficiencies.
• Proactive, self-driven, positive, professional and agile.
• Experience leading transformational change
• Highly developed ability to negotiate at a senior level on a wide range of issues and subjects
• Highly developed communication, analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
• Proven track record in managing working relationship with teams
