About the role

The Operations Support Manager- Fuel role has been created to help drive this strategy. This role will be accountable for providing support to our customers and team. Assist in product development testing. Provide excellent customer service over phone and email. Liaise between the management team and the developers. You will be supporting existing clients and growing business along with acquiring new customers.
What you’ll be doing
The Operations Support Manager- Fuel strives to improve the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
·Provide telephone and email support for existing customers
·Drive Strategic Accounts & Partner Plans for key partners
·Assist in special projects & business improvement
·Testing and customer training
·Provide guidance and strategy on customer or problems
·Communicate regularly and effectively with leadership and team.
·Coordinate with offshore-based team
·Functional and technical documentation
What makes you perfect for the role?
·Experience in working in Fuel & Convenience Stores
·Have reporting and documentation skills with an ability to communicate key messages clearly and succinctly.
·Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders across the business in a matrix organization structure.
·Proactive, self-driven, positive, professional and agile.
·Ability to interact efficiently on phone. Fluency in English is a must.
·Highly developed communication, conceptual and problem-solving skills
·Proven track record in managing working relationship with teams
